Welcome to the very second issue of CLASSified!

‍Dear Educators, Innovators, and Lifelong Learners,
Some conferences you simply attend, while others rearrange the way you think about your own classroom. This issue is about the second kind.

‍We have news we are proud to share: ENBI Agency has officially become an IATEFL Associate. This edition is dedicated entirely to that milestone and to the conference that made it feel real, IATEFL in Brighton, where our community was not in the audience but on the stage. Everything inside comes from teachers who were in those rooms and in those coffee queues where the real conversations happen. You will find honest accounts of presenting internationally for the first time, including the impostor syndrome that keeps so many capable teachers off the programme. There are session write-ups on formative assessment that teenagers actually respond to, on science experiments as a reason to speak English, and on pronunciation as a business communication skill rather than an accent exercise.
